New and returning faces at Leaf Ray Hockey

The 2025–2026 season marked the first time in eight years that the organization operated with only one team. Leadership explored outside resources to help fill the gap; however, those efforts ultimately did not produce the desired results.

During this offseason, the organization determined that a shift in structure was necessary to support future growth and long-term success. After conducting an analysis of organizational responsibilities, it became clear that bringing in additional leadership and support staff was essential.

With that in mind, we are proud to announce the following appointments:

• General Manager – Gary Denton

• Assistant General Manager – Matt Lynch

• President of Business Operations – Blaine Barker

• Director of Hockey Operations – Tatum Skaggs

• Director of Community Relations – Levi Denum

• Director of Player Development – Rob Kooker

• Director of Corporate Partnerships – Christina Chang
