Our scouts come from all areas of the hockey community and bring a wide range of experience and perspectives. This diversity allows our organization to recognize talent in all its forms. SPENCER COLTRAIN
Spencer has earned numerous Youth National Championships throughout his playing career, including TORHS AAA National Championships in 2020 and 2023 with the Des Moines Xplosion program. He continued to build on that success at the next level, competing in PIHA Pro with the Lakewood Fire. Since 2024, Spencer has been actively recruiting and coaching for Leaf Ray, helping identify and develop the next generation of talent.
