PIHA Head Coach
This is a paid position. The
individual will be required to be on
the bench for all games, which are held in
the Central Colorado area. Responsibilities include creating team lines and executing
the game plan. Compensation will also
include a share of any prize money
earned, equal to the players, if
the team is successful.

Scout
This is an unpaid volunteer position.
The individual will be responsible for researching and identifying prospective players for the team, as well as attending scouting events. Responsibilities also
include coordinating with Community Relations to help organize and
support team-hosted camps.

General Manager
This is an unpaid volunteer position.
The individual will be responsible for
overseeing the management of all staff
and players, ensuring effective team
operations and organizational
alignment.

Assistant
General Manager
This is an unpaid volunteer position.
The individual will assist the General
Manager with all duties and
responsibilities, supporting overall
team operations and management.

PIHA
Assistant Coach
This is an unpaid volunteer position. The
individual will be responsible for
coordinating with the head coach to ensure
bench duties are covered for all games, which
are held in the Central Colorado area. Compensation will include a share of
any prize money earned, equal to the
players, if the team is successful.

President of
Hockey Operations
This is an unpaid volunteer position.
The individual will be responsible for overseeing coaches, assistant coaches, the player development coach, and scouting
staff. Additional responsibilities
include coordinating team games
and practices.

President of
Business Operations
This is an unpaid volunteer position.
The individual will be responsible for developing and managing the organization’s budget, maintaining financial records, overseeing the collection of fees, and
handling payments to vendors
and players.

Community
Relationship Manager

This is an unpaid volunteer position.

The individual will be responsible for coordinating public events and managing updates across the organization’s

social media accounts.
