League
MIHA stands for Midwest Inline Hockey Association.  The league is divided up into 5 tiers from T1 (Professional) all the way down to T5 (Novice).   Advantages of this league is that all skill levels are welcome, there is a tier for everyone.  Disadvantages is that it is competitive but no compensation.
