MIHA Championship Tournament Results

Leaf Ray was in Detroit last weekend (05/21-05/22) for the MIHA Championship Tournament. The top 8 teams in each division were invited to participate

Round Robin Saturday: another weekend of short benches as Leaf Ray only brought 6 players to Detroit. In both games Leaf Ray played from behind the whole game. The first game against Cincinnati Rollerdactyls was tough but the players started to pick up the play style late in the game and just ran out of time on their comeback. The 2nd game looked way better. Leaf Ray was down early but started the come back and managed to beat Detroit Revolution in a shootout.

Playoff Sunday: Leaf Ray was matched against the tough Inline Inline Hockey Club for the first round of the playoffs. Once again the short bench plagued the team as they lost a close battle in the 2-3 loss.
